The Staging Consultation is a 1-2 hour process where sellers will meet with Rebecca Boler and build the Staging Plan needed to best market their home. This consultation will cover all aspects of the home's appearance, including (but not limited to): landscaping, paint, flooring, furniture placement, decluttering, and decor.

OCCUPIED STAGING
Occupied Staging is a process where 2 Certified Home Stagers spend 2-5 hours in a home optimizing the homeowners belongings, to accentuate the positive attributes of the home (while taking focus away from any weak points). We depersonalize a space and remove visual clutter common in our everyday lives. Rebecca and her team take great care to respect your home and your belongings. We help you create a plan to live comfortably in your home while maintaining the best possible showing conditions.
VACANT STAGING
Vacant Staging provides the empty home with life and purpose. Rebecca and her team style the home to align with current trends and the home's specific style. Each Stage is custom designed for the home ensuring that it will stand out from other homes on the market.
COMMERCIAL STAGING
Commercial Staging addresses the condition of the property in addition to providing furniture and decor to show function and space of the property. Rebecca and her team will build a Staging plan for all property types including (but not limited to) Office, Retail, Industrial, Flex, and Medical.
