REBECCA BOLER
Owner
Rebecca Boler is a Certified Home Staging Specialist who saw the Home Staging needs as an opportunity to better her client's lives. She recognizes the stress and emotional burden that can accompany selling a home and takes pride in easing these stresses for her clients.
Rebecca sees each Staging opportunity as a new challenge to accentuate the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of a home.
Rebecca has a huge passion for her business and the work she does. She will never shy away from loading a truck, cleaning a window or planting flowers. Whatever it takes to get a home ready to sell, she is ready to get to work.
Rebecca is originally from Oshkosh, WI and moved to Dallas to pursue her education at The University of Dallas. She graduated with Honors in Business Administration.
She is the proud mother of 3 and wife to Cass. Her passions outside of work include cooking, travel and everything HYGGE.
CASS BOLER
Director of Operations
Cass is a Louisiana native with a huge passion for art, real estate and his family. His career in Staging and Real Estate began in tandem with Rebecca's developing passion to serve her clients.
Cass attended Louisiana Tech for Graphic Design and moved to Dallas in 2012. His career began in sales and client management. Like Rebecca, he wanted to find a way to develop a career that allowed him to serve his clients while sharing his artistic skills. He became a Licensed Realtor in 2019.
In Cass' free time, he enjoys golf, crawfish boils and everything football. He especially loves painting and sharing his passion of art with Madi, Bryn & Blayne.
Tonnie Clack
Home Staging Specialist
Tonnie began Staging with The RBCo in 2019. She recalls her first staging job with Rebecca where the initially reluctant homeowners were amazed by their home’s transformation. “It gave me chills and I knew that I had found my passion,” she says.
Tonnie received her Home Marketing Specialist certificate in 2019. She loves the entire Staging process, but especially the art of organizing the chaos to make a space come together. The most rewarding part of the job for her is helping a family through the selling process.
For inspiration, Tonnie looks to traditional and mid-century modern designs. Some of her favorite designers are Studio McGee, Amber Lewis, John & Sherry with Young House Love. Their unique styles are homey and inviting, which is something she carries into her designs.
Outside of Staging, Tonnie is studying for her Real Estate license. She also enjoys shopping, fashion, interior design, running, and staying active with her 4 children.
