Rebecca Boler is a Certified Home Staging Specialist who saw the Home Staging needs as an opportunity to better her client's lives. She recognizes the stress and emotional burden that can accompany selling a home and takes pride in easing these stresses for her clients.
Rebecca sees each Staging opportunity as a new challenge to accentuate the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of a home.
Rebecca has a huge passion for her business and the work she does. She will never shy away from loading a truck, cleaning a window or planting flowers. Whatever it takes to get a home ready to sell, she is ready to get to work.
Rebecca is originally from Oshkosh, WI and moved to Dallas to pursue her education at The University of Dallas. She graduated with Honors in Business Administration.
She is the proud mother of 3 and wife to Cass. Her passions outside of work include cooking, travel and everything HYGGE.
Director of Operations
Cass is a Louisiana native with a huge passion for art, real estate and his family. His career in Staging and Real Estate began in tandem with Rebecca's developing passion to serve her clients.
Cass attended Louisiana Tech for Graphic Design and moved to Dallas in 2012. His career began in sales and client management. Like Rebecca, he wanted to find a way to develop a career that allowed him to serve his clients while sharing his artistic skills. He became a Licensed Realtor in 2019.
In Cass' free time, he enjoys golf, crawfish boils and everything football. He especially loves painting and sharing his passion of art with Madi, Bryn & Blayne.
Creative Content Manager
Alyssa started with The RBCo in Summer of 2020. Her passion for design started when she was young and watched her parents renovate their Pennsylvania home. Seeing the transformation of their old Victorian home inspired her to someday revive spaces with design.
Occupied Staging and re-design are Alyssa’s favorite parts of working at the RBCo. She enjoys the challenge of using what is already in the homeowner’s space to create an entirely different feel. In addition to Staging homes at the Rebecca Boler Company, she assists with marketing and social media.
Alyssa looks to nature for design inspiration and is drawn to natural color pallets, bold lighting, unique textures, and abstract art.
Outside of working at the RBCo, she loves to read, write, shop, hike, cycle, and be a homebody with her fiancé and dog.
Home Staging Specialist
Michelle’s love for design started in high school where she began designing her own clothes and decorating her friends’ bedrooms. In college, she continued exploring her passion for design, majoring in Photography and Art History.
With her certificate as a Home Marketing Specialist, she has been Staging since 2019 with The RBCo. She is driven by the challenge of designing a cohesive space that sells homes quickly.
Michelle’s Staging specialties are ornate towel folding and bookshelf styling. She enjoys balancing accessories to bring in pops of color throughout. Drawing inspiration from mid-century modern design, she appreciates clean lines and a sleek overall design.
A Louisiana native, Michelle moved to Dallas, Texas in 1997 with her husband of 27 years and two beautiful boys. Outside of work, she loves to sew, design clothes, and upholster furniture.
Home Staging Specialist
Tonnie began Staging with The RBCo in 2019. She recalls her first staging job with Rebecca where the initially reluctant homeowners were amazed by their home’s transformation. “It gave me chills and I knew that I had found my passion,” she says.
Tonnie received her Home Marketing Specialist certificate in 2019. She loves the entire Staging process, but especially the art of organizing the chaos to make a space come together. The most rewarding part of the job for her is helping a family through the selling process.
For inspiration, Tonnie looks to traditional and mid-century modern designs. Some of her favorite designers are Studio McGee, Amber Lewis, John & Sherry with Young House Love. Their unique styles are homey and inviting, which is something she carries into her designs.
Outside of Staging, Tonnie is studying for her Real Estate license. She also enjoys shopping, fashion, interior design, running, and staying active with her 4 children.

Senior Design Associate
Meg Lyons attended the University of Dallas where she majored in Psychology and minored in Art. Continuing her passion for art and design, she studied Interior Design at Antonelli College in Cincinnati, OH. Since starting in 2006 as a Design Associate, Meg has been in the interior design industry for 15 years.
Growing up, Meg's dad was a carpenter and her mom was a realtor. Because she was surrounded by artists on both sides of her family, she has been attracted to art and design from an early age. She always appreciated how well-crafted design could bring out the best in anything.
Meg is passionate about creating a cohesive style that enhances the architectural details while still keeping the space functional. Her core principles include creating symmetry and balance in a space, blending casual and formal elements, and combining the beautiful with the functional. Meg has a gift for understanding a client's style and vision for a space and working with that expectation.
Her personal inspiration comes from Transitional and French Provincial. Meg enjoys working with old world styles and architectures in a more modern context with clean lines and lighter pallets of color.
Meg is happily married with 3 children ages 16, 13 and 5. She resides in Preston Hollow where she enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cultures with friends and family.
